Stranger Danger: Man Follows Runner

Incident Report from the Madison Police Department:
On Sunday evening a 16-year old West Side girl contacted Madison Police after a suspicious man in a black sedan appeared to follow her while she was out for a run. She said the car drove past her on Hidden Hill Road, turned around, and drove slowly back in her direction. She could see he was staring at her. Frightened, she ran quickly to a friend’s house and called police.
