Posted by: Karla Hi Carleen, I seem to be the only one blogging on this one! But oh well, I really love this stuff, so any updates? New workouts? I rotate the ones you post - as well as rotate in swimming/walks and runs with my dog! And if chasing my 2 and 3 year old counts, that too. So if you don't mind posting, keep them coming - I enjoy getting the new ideas..

Posted by: Karla Hi Carleen, thanks for continuing to post these workouts. I think they are great - keeps us motivated b/c always changing and doing something different. You are doing a great job, and when you are sick - it is good to take that time off, your body needs a break to heal. Curious about the nutrition end of this - if you or any others want to share what you do for nutrition or if you have changed it as your workouts get more challenging ...Thanks again for posting - great job!
