Packers' running back Ryan Grant needs to get his tail into gear and get going. Missing organized team activities may be one thing, but now it sounds like he's going to sit out mini camp too. I understand he wants a new contract with the team, but come on guy you had one standout season and now you're holding out. Let's not forget he didn't even get 1,000 yards on the year, a benchmark for running backs. If he doesn't get going soon and participate I wouldn't be surprised at all if he has a bum year. Grant may be good, but he's not great. In my opinion, he's not worthy yet of sitting stuff out. Your contract will come Mr. Grant just get back in the game. The last thing you want to do in a football town like Green Bay is be known as a big bust after signing a big deal, and that could be where he's headed. Worse yet, the longer he sits, if someone else starts to impress then what? He splits carries or loses the gig? I hope I'm not alone in my thinking, but I can't be. Can I?
