Who else is excited for UFC 100? I know I can't wait. A week from this Saturday the cage-fighting that will take place should be superb. There's not only one title fight but two on the card (Mir/Lesnar, and St. Pierre/Alves), and in the 3rd big one it'll be old school versus new school (Bisping/Henderson). I don't know why more people aren't into the UFC. I know it's grown a lot, but it still seems people haven't fully latched on to it like they could. Yes it is brutal, but it's come a long way since it's inception where it was pretty much "anything goes. I just wonder how many of today's matches, and this goes for boxing too, are influenced by bookies or people of that nature. You know there are people out there that dump tons of money on bets in regards to the fights and when it's one on one in theory it would be a lot easier to influence than say a "team" sport. Regardless there's something about two people trying to annihilate each other that gets things amped up. If I had my druthers I hope Lesnar destroys Mir, St. Pierre is upset by Alves, and Henderson beats Bisping in a slug fest. How many UFC fans are out there in this area?, and who do you want to see win? Let me know. Until next time.
