I sat around with family friends this weekend and we tried to guess who might be on the presidential tickets in November.  It was a lot of fun, especially since half the group was made up of serious Republicans, the other half serious Democrats.  We just did a story this morning about how people are speculating that former New York City mayor Rudy Giulliani might be McCain's choice because they hung out at a baseball game.  Obama rumors are picking up, too.  What have you heard and what do you think?

Republican VP would be Sarah Carlson because she along with fellow conservatives promote family values. In fact Sarah will be campaigning during Korn's "Family Values" concert tour this summer which includes Marilyn Manson and Limp Biskit...all conservative rockers. Sarah also belongs to M.O.M. (Mothers of Mosh). That's right, (literally) she will be sharing John McCain's message in the mosh pit. Democratic VP will be Christine Bellport with her liberal southern California upbringing. You will see her this fall bringing the democratic party together on the "Tinseltown Train" with Barbara Streisand, Robert Redford, and Warren Betty. Don't be surprised to see these and other celebrities make guest appearances on *The Morning Show* especially on a *Finally Friday* edition! Christine will be out championing one of the causes she strongly supports, "Helping meteorologists help themselves!" Voters you have your candidates! Make your voices heard at the polls this November!!

Charlie Shortino for VP!!!I like the sounds of that....at least things would be FUN then!

Given the choices, I think that you or Bellport and Shortino should run.

Brett Favre for VP does sound good. At least we know that the "game" would be fun...he would keep us all guessing. Ha ha!

I could see McCain picking Gulliani, but Obama has me mystified so far. I would think he would want to distance himself from the Clintons as much as possible with all the negative press they have garnered over the year. It will be an interesting race. The Dem primaries were always interesting. Good think Hilary realized it wasn't just about HER and her wants and finally conceded. I am eagerly awaiting to see what transpires here.
