The 2008 Jeopardy! College Championship is taping on the campus of UW-Madison at the Kohl Center on April 11 & 1 2. Here’s your chance to be in the audience!

It’s easy. Just fill out the information below and submit your entry. Five lucky people will each win five tickets to the Jeopardy! 2008 College Championship. You must enter by midnight on April 3, 2008. Winners will be chosen randomly.

Then watch NBC15 News at 5 on March 31, April 1, April 2, April 3 & April 4 to see if you have won.
