Incident Report from Madison Police Department:

On 5/7/08 at approximately 6 p.m. a Madison Police Officer took a report from a juvenile regarding a possible child enticement that had occurred around 3 pm (near Ruskin/Aberg). During the course of the interview, the officer learned that the same female was approached by the same male, on April 2, 2008.

The suspect followed the female and made verbal advances to suggest the female should come into his car. At one point the victim tried to walk away and the suspect maneuvered his car in an attempt to keep talking to the female. The female fled on foot as another car, not involved, honked at the suspect vehicle to keep moving. The female was concerned and told responsible adults about this incident.

The suspect stayed in his vehicle the entire time.

Suspect: Male, Black (dark complexion), early 30's, mustache, goatee, operating a newer model blue 4-door Ford car.
