On 06-29-09 at 4:03p.m. Janesville Police Department officers were sent to a bank robbery that just occurred at Mid America Bank located at 2317 Milton Ave.

An unidentified male suspect presented the teller with a note demanding money. After receiving an undetermined amount of money the suspect fled the bank on foot heading north through the parking lot of Taasbag Bar.

The suspect did not display a weapon, and the teller was not injured during the robbery. Mid America Bank provided still photos of the suspect which were captured by the banks surveillance cameras. Copies of the photos are attached to this press release.

The suspect was described as follows:

Male White
Mid 20’s to early 30’s
Thin Build
Approximately 5’11” 190lbs
Dark colored hair, Brown eyes
Dark Goatee

Wearing
-Long sleeve blue shirt
-Blue jeans
-Tan colored baseball style hat with black lettering on the front
