Incident report from Madison Police Department:

A citizen called dispatch reporting hearing two males talking and the rattling of what sounded like paint cans. He thought they were going to vandalize Schoeps, located at 514 Division St..

Officers stopped Martinson and Antonie nearby. They were carrying a bag of spray paint cans and had spray paint on them. There was fresh graffiti on the wall of Schoep's.

They were charged with Graffiti.

#2- Zackaria L Antonie, m/w, 7/24/89

Both charged with Graffiti, Wi Stat 943.017(1)
