Information from the Sauk County Sheriff's Office:

The Sauk County Sheriff's Office has arrested and charged Terri J. Terbilcox, age 46, from Baraboo, with two counts of burglary.

On November 9, 2009, Sauk County Sheriffs Deputies responded to the area of LeVee Rd., in the Twp. of Fairfield, for a report of a resident arriving home and finding an unfamiliar vehicle in their driveway. When the resident entered their home, they immediately recognized displaced property in the residence.

The resident heard the unfamiliar vehicle leave the residence and called 911. Deputies developed Terbilcox as a suspect and contacted Terbilcox at her residence.

During the contact with Terbilcox, the Sheriff's Department received another call from another resident on LeVee Rd. also reporting a burglary to their residence.

As a result of the investigation, numerous items of stolen property were recovered from Terbilcox's vehicle and residence linking her to both burglaries.

Terbilcox was incarcerated at the Sauk County jail following the investigation. The investigation remains open and active by the Sauk County Sheriff's Office.
