Chilled Melon Soup

Ingredients

3 cups of diced melons
¼ cup of sugar
c cup of Myers Dark Rum or Melon liqueur
¼ cup of Heavy cream

Directions

Puree above ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Refrigerate
and serve very cold. For a two toned melon soup, make one batch with Honey
dew (using Melon liqueur) and the Cantaloupe (using the Rum). Pour into bowl
simultaneously.
