Ingredients
1 6 inch round puff pastry
½ oz butter
1 oz candied walnuts
½ red apple sliced thin
1 oz lemon juice
¼ tsp of cinnamon
¼ tsp granulated sugar
Dollop of whipped cream
Mint sprig
Directions
Dock puff pastry. Arrange apple slices on top of puff pastry. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Top with butter. Bake until golden brown at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Garnish with whipped cream, candied walnuts and mint. Serve.
