Upside Down German Chocolate Cake
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
2 cups chopped pecans
1 package chocolate cake mix
1 package (8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 cups confectioners sugar
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.) Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan.
3.) Spread coconut over bottom of pan.
4.) Sprinkle pecans over coconut.
5.) Prepare cake mix by package directions and pour over coconut and 6.) pecans.
7.) Beat cream cheese and melted butter together, until creamy.
8.) Add sugar; beat until smooth.
9.) Drop by spoonfuls evenly over cake batter.
10.) Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
11.) Cool in pan and cut into individual pieces.
12.) Turn upside down on plate and serve.
