Once browned in a skillet, GRCC Steak Tips lend themselves to many different uses. Typically taken from the sirloin tip, this tender and delicious cut can be used as the meat component in stir fry; marinated in Dale’s Seasoning and served as an appetizer; or utilized as stew meat.
Steak tips (one pound of steak tips for every 3 skewers)
Vegetables of your choice (onion, pepper, tomato, mushroom, etc.)
Quarter (or smaller) the desired vegetables - onion, green pepper, red pepper, tomato, mushrooms, etc.
Using 7 - 10 steak tips per serving, alternately skewer the steak tips and vegetables.
Grill 10 - 14 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later serving.
