Steak Kabobs

Ingredients

  • Steak tips (one pound of steak tips for every 3 skewers)
  • Vegetables of your choice (onion, pepper, tomato, mushroom, etc.)

Directions

  1. Quarter (or smaller) the desired vegetables - onion, green pepper, red pepper, tomato, mushrooms, etc.
  2. Using 7 - 10 steak tips per serving, alternately skewer the steak tips and vegetables.
  3. Grill 10 - 14 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later serving.
