Cut the flank across the grain in strips and use for any of the following:
- as the feature with baked potato or your favorite vegetables
- as the finishing touch on a salad
- skewer and serve as a great appetizer
- slice thinly and utilize as fajita meat
This steak can be grilled 1 - 2 days in advance and later reheated before serving. If reheated in the oven, cover in foil to prevent drying.
