Grilled Salmon



  • Salmon-any size you want to use
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 slice of pita bread


    1.) Place bacon in the middle of 2-foot long piece of aluminum foil

    2.) Place pita bread on top of bacon

    3.) Place salmon on top of pita bread

    4.) Put butter on top of salmon

    5.) Wrap foil around ingredients, and place over direct medium heat on the grill, cooking 10 minutes for each inch of thickness of the salmon

    6.) Remove and serve
