Tuscan Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce container sour cream
  • 1 cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 3 cans sliced water chestnuts (drained)
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (finely diced)
  • ½ cup green onion (chopped)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sour cream, mayo, parmesan cheese, and soup mix. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 2-3 quart casserole dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve hot with Foccacia bread, tortilla chips, or gourmet crackers
