Spinach & Wild Mushroom Salad For Two

2/3 spoon bacon grease

1 spoon bacon bits

1 spoon apples

2/3 spoon onions

2 tsp mustard

2 spoons portabello mushrooms

1 spoon cider vinegar

1 spoon honey

Cart with stove, flambe pan, two spoons


Melt 2/3 spoon bacon grease in pan

Add 2/3 spoon onion and 2 spoons mushrooms

Cook 1 1/2 minutes until mushrooms begin to turn soft

Add bacon and 2 teaspoons mustard, mix in well

Add 1 spoon each honey, vinegar and apples

Heat thoroughly

Set spinach aside

Pour dressing into bowl

Add spinach and toss

Serve immediately

Do not offer fresh cracked pepper with this salad!
