Margarita Christmas Cake



  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1 cup margarita mix
  • 1/2 cup coconut (flaked)
  • your choice of cake (i.e. butter cake)


    Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in a sauce pan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Cook 10-15 minutes until thickened. Stir occasionally. Turn off heat and let set for 10 minutes. Spoon over cake, sprinkle with coconut.
