Multi-Chip Cookie Mix



  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ cup vanilla chips
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Layer 1: Combine the flour, baking soda, and sugar.

Layer 2: Milk chocolate chips

Layer 3: Vanilla chips

Layer 4: Semi sweet chocolate chips, and more chips if necessary to fill jar.

Press each layer firmly in place before adding the next ingredient.

Decorate lid and attach directions with ribbon:

  • 1 jar Multi-Chip Cookie Mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup, margarine, softened
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Place cookie mix in a medium bowl, blend thoroughly. In a large bowl, cream margarine until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add cookie mix, and stir until well combined. Drop by teaspoonful 2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet; remove. Cool on wire rack. Yields 2 ½ dozen.
