1 pkg. (16 oz.) pound cake mix
2 tbsp. Butter, melted
1 -8 oz. cream cheese, softened
16 oz. can pumpkin
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1 sweetened condensed milk
1 cup nuts (pecans or walnuts, chopped)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 2 tsp. pie
spice. Mix on low speed until crumbly.
3. Press into bottom of a 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk, 2 eggs, pumpkin, salt and remaining 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice.
4. Mix well, pour over crust. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 30-35 minutes until
set. Cool, cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
