You don't have to wait for Thanksgiving Day to have pumpkin pie! Enjoy it in a glass. The yogurt and milk adds bone building calcium and the pumpkin provides vitamin A for healthy skin and eyes.
½ cup canned pumpkin
¼ cup vanilla yogurt
½ cup milk
2 teaspoons sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
4 ice cubes
pinch of nutmeg
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Cover and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into 2 glasses & “gobble” it up.
