Beef brisket, any size you want to use
12 oz can of tomato sauce
12 oz can of beer
1 large chopped onion
1/4 cup brown sugar
salt, pepper and garlic if desired
1. Place beef brisket in deep disposable 9 by 13 aluminum pan, with the fat side up.
2. Pour beer and tomato sauce, brown sugar, and other ingredients if desired on brisket.
3. cover and cook for 10 hours in 200 degree oven.
