Cook one bag of butter bow tie pasta to package directions.

Start a frying pan with one teaspoon of Light Olive oil, mince the garlic and put it in the pan, then add sun dried tomatoes (already hydrated with oil or water), onion (as much or as little as you like to taste) and cooked chicken breast (1 pound). Garnish with parmesan and you have a wonderful, healthy, fast dinner.
