Whole Wheat Penne Pasta with Chicken and Vegetables
Substituting regular penne pasta with whole wheat pasta is a good way to increase fiber.

Frozen Vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers)
1.Bake or broil 2 chicken breasts.
2.Cook one 14-ounce box whole wheat penne pasta.
3.Prepare 14 ounces mixed frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers).
4.Mix the chicken, pasta and veggies. Top with some Parmesan cheese and serve.
