Chicken Breasts
Whole Wheat Penne Pasta.
Frozen Vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers)
Parmesan Cheese


1.Bake or broil 2 chicken breasts.

2.Cook one 14-ounce box whole wheat penne pasta.

3.Prepare 14 ounces mixed frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers).

4.Mix the chicken, pasta and veggies. Top with some Parmesan cheese and serve.
