4 slices whole grain bread
4 slices bacon
2 slices ham
2 large eggs
3-4 Tablespoons Wisconsin Aged Brick Cold Pack cheese (at room temperature)
Pre-heat griddle to 400°F.
Add the bacon slices and cook until brown and crispy, then set aside. Add the ham and cook for about 10 seconds. Remove and set aside.
Spread the cheese on one side of each slice of bread and place on the griddle, cheese side up. Use the bacon drippings to fry the bread. Top the cheese evenly with the bacon and ham. Crack and fry the eggs over easy and place on each sandwich. Put the sandwich halves together and press lightly.
