GRILLED WISCONSIN GOUDA WITH SLICED APPLES AND BACON
4 slices ciabatta
4 slices Wisconsin Aged Gouda
1 or 2 apples (peeled, cored, and sliced)
4 slices bacon, cooked
2 to 3 Tablespoons butter
Pre-heat griddle to 400°F.
Butter each slice of bread on one side and place on the griddle buttered side down. Top each slice with 2 slices of Gouda. Top 2 pieces of bread with 2 slices of bacon and your apple slices. Put the sandwich halves together and press down lightly.
