- ½ cup citrus juice (mix lemon/lime juice)
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped oregano
- 1 tablespoon minced red onion
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 17 oz. Olive oil
Place all ingredients, except for oil, in a blender and mix for 10 seconds. Pour oil in slowly and blend on low speed for approximately 20-30 seconds.
