Ingredients

Sparkling lemonade


One bottle of your favorite lemonade
One bottle club soda or dry sparkling white wine
Crushed ice
Mint to garnish


Chicken salad with white grapes and walnuts

6 ounces cooked diced chicken
½ cup white grapes
¼ cup diced celery
¼ cup diced onion
¼ cup walnut pieces
½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
Salt and tarragon to taste

Young salad greens or baby spinach

Directions

Sparkling lemonade

Fill tall glass with crushed ice, poor half full with lemonade then top with club soda or sparkling wine and garnish with mint.

Chicken salad with white grapes and walnuts

Mix first 5 ingredients together and season to taste serve on a bed of greens.
