Whiskey apple crepes

Ingredients
Butter or pan spray
1 cup Soft cream cheese
¼ cup sugar
12 crapes
½ stick sweet butter
2 cups chopped fresh apples
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup jack denials whiskey
Directions
Butter a baking dish or ovenproof platter and set aside.
Mix sugar and cream cheese together till smooth. And spread a small amount an each crape and fold in half. Arrange on backing dish or platter and place in a warm oven for 15 to 20 minutes to warm.
In a sauté pan melt butter till it foams, add apples and fry till almost translucent. Add brown sugar, stir till sugar dissolves and starts to boil. Lower heat to low and remove crepes from oven. Very quickly add whiskey to apples ignite and pour over crapes.
