Savory Beef Kabobs


1 Pound lean beef sliced thin
Bamboo skewers soaked in water

5 Cloves fresh garlic
3 Green onions chopped
1/2 Inch fresh ginger pealed
1/4 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup wine vinegar
1/2 Cup light oil
1 Tablespoon salt


Skewer beef and place in shallow pan to marinade

In a blender place all marinade ingredients and blend on high till mostly blended. Pore over beef and marinate for 1 hour or more if time allows.

Char grill or pan grill till medium rare, serve fresh from grill.
