Ingredients
One-quart cheery tomatoes
1 pound Slipper lobster tail meat grilled and minced
¼ cup Minced green onion
1table spoon minced hot red pepper
½ cup Quality mayonnaise
Fresh limejuice from one lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chive to garnish
Directions
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and remove seeds and pulp to form small cup.
Place next five ingredients in a small bowl and mix together. Salt and pepper to taste.
Fill each tomato cup till just over full and garnish with chives and chill
