Ingredients
3 Butternut Squash
C. Brown Sugar Packed
C. Melted Butter
1 tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp. Mace or Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
Directions
Cut squash in half. Remove seeds and fibers. Mix brown sugar, butter, flour, salt and mace. Arrange squash in oblong baking dish 12 x 7 = x 2 inches. Sprinkle sugar mixture over top. Cover and bake in a 350: oven until squash is tender, approximately 50-60 minutes. Serves 6
