2 lbs carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch sticks
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger peeled and chopped fine
2 Tablespoons sweet cream butter
1 Tablespoon fresh garlic chopped fine
Salt and Pepper to taste
Melt butter and stir in garlic and ginger, sauté until golden (NOT brown). Add carrots and reduce temperature to low and cover. Cook for 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
