Balsamic Vinegar Glazed Squash


2 cups balsamic vinegar
3 acorn squash cut in half and remove seeds
Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all balsamic vinegar in a sauce pan and place on stove over low heat and reduce down to 1/2 cup. Season squash with salt and pepper to taste; place in a baking pan and bake for 45 minutes. Remove squash and using a spoon, ladle glaze over squash and serve.
