Italian Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
24 mushrooms, 1 lb italian sausage ground, 1/2 green pepper chopped, 1/2 red pepper chopped, 1/6 onion chopped, 1/2 c bread crumbs, pinch salt, pinch pepper, 1/2 T garlic chopped, 3/4 c cream cheese, 4 dashes worsheshire sauce, 1 T fennel seed
Wash and remove stems from mushrooms - save stems. Brown and drain sausage. Saute in butter the onions and mushroom stems. Add cooked sausage and stuffing. Spoon into mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
