Michelle Riell's Mexican Dip



1 lb. low-fat ground beef or turkey
8 oz. pkg. no-fat Mexican cheese, grated
16 oz. jar of mild salsa
16 oz. can refried beans. (Can substitute vegetarian).


1. Brown meat. Do not drain.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Stirl until mixed and hot.
3. Keep warm in slow cooker. Serve with tortilla chips.
