Paul Tavernier's Buffalo Chicken Dip
3 (10 ounce) cans chunk white chicken OR 3 split chicken breasts
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup chunky bleu cheese dressing
Combine canned chicken and Buffalo Wing sauce in a large skillet. Add 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat or until cheese is melted.
Spread cream cheese in 13x9 pan or baking dish. Pour chicken and wing sauce mixture over the cream cheese. Drizzle the bleu cheese over the chicken, then top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy with crackers, chips, or celery sticks.
