Ingredients
6- 6 oz short ribs
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbls crushed red pepper
Kosher salt and pepper for seasoning.
Directions
Place ribs in a baking dish sprinkle with red pepper. Season with s/p. pour balsamic in dish, cover and bake @ 300 for 2.5 to 3 hours or until ribs are tender.
