Ingredients
4-U10 shrimp peeled and defined
2 oz feta cheese
1 sprig fresh oregano
1 Tbls honey
1 Tbls fresh lemon juice
1 Tbls fresh mint thinly sliced.
1 Tbls olive oil
Directions
Heat sauté pan on high. Add oil, add shrimp and cook until just pink. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 minute.
