Corned Beef and Cabbage with baby reds and Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

Feeds 5
Cooking time: 3-4 Hours
Difficulty: Low

7 lbs Corned beef brisket with seasoning packet (with fat trimmed off)
1 head cabbage (cut in quarters)
8 Red Potatoes
1 bottle of Guinness
1 Gallon Water
½ T Thyme
½ T Garlic
½ T White Pepper
½ T Granulated Onion
½ T Mustard Dry

Horseradish Sauce

½ C Sour Cream
½ C Mayo
2 T horseradish
3 dashes Tobassco
1 dash White Pepper
1 dash Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp lemon juice

Mix All together in Bowl

Directions

1. Place the Corned Beef in a pot with water, beer, and seasonings. Boil for 45 minutes per pound or until tender
2. With ½ hours left in cooking time add potatoes and cabbage
3. Cut Corned Beef and Serve
