Jinny Kim's Bulgogi

Ingredients

Pound of beef (sirloin steak)
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
4 table spoons of sugar
1 clove minced garlic
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 onion
a bit of kiwi
sesame seeds
black pepper
scallions

Directions

-Trim fat from beef and slice very thinly
-Mix soy sauce, onions, garlic, mushrooms, sugar, black pepper and sesame oil together
-Combine them with beef
-Marinate them for about an hour
-Grill them 2-3 mins. until they turn light brown
-Serve with rice
