Korean ribs

Ingredients

3lbs Korean style beef ribs
3 cups dark soy
1 table spoon red pepper flakes
2 table spoons fresh ginger, grated
1 cup brown sugar
8 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ cup lemon juice.

Directions

Combine all ingredients and let stand for 24 hours.
Remove meat and cook to desired temp.
