Wet ribs


2 full racks pork ribs
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
3 tablespoons paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cups favorite BBQ sauce


Rub ribs with liquid smoke. Combine all other ingredients and rub into ribs. Cover with sauce, slow roast over low heat until ribs are tender.
