Ben Jenkel's Chocolate Pistachio Torte
1 15 oz pkg of oreos
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cup milk
2 drops of green food coloring
2 pkg pistachio pudding mix
1 quart vanilla ice cream softened
Crush oreos and mix with melted butter. Pat 2/3 of miture into a 9 x 13 pan. Beat milk, pudding and food coloring until thick. Add the ice cream and stir together. Pour over the cookie crumbs. Refrigerate 15 minutes and spread cool whip on top. Top with the remaining crumbs.
