1 10 oz can chunk chicken breast - drained
15 oz can refried beans with green chilies
4 - 6" tortillas
1 cup chunky salsa
2 cups shredded lettuce
3 sliced green onions or scallions
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put tortillas on large sheet of foil and coat all over with cooking spray. Bake for 10 min - flipping once. Mix chicken, refried beans, and salsa in microwave safe bowl. Stir and microwave for approx 3 min. After the tortillas are cooked, "slop" an equal amount of the chicken/bean mixture on each. Then add the cheese, lettuce, and green onions on top.
