Sajji Chicken Kebabs-Boneless Chicken grilled with White Jasmine Sajji Masala

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in cubes
2 teaspoons White Jasmine Sajji Masala
1 teaspoon salt
1 fresh lime
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 fresh green pepper, chunks
2 large tomatoes, chunks
1 large red onion, chunks
Directions
Add chicken cubes in a bowl. Add White Jasmine Sajji Masala, salt, garlic, lime juice and cilantro. Mix everything thoroughly, can marinate it for 2-3 hours if time permits. Thread chicken cubes and vegetables on bamboo skewer, alternating the order of the chicken and vegetable pieces. Heat the grill and place the skewers on the hot grill. Turn it over when one side is done, remove from heat when both sides are done and chicken is completely cooked. Serve with basmati rice or mango salsa.
