½ can Penang Curry Paste (I use Maesri brand- can be found at Asian Midway Off of Park St.
2 TBSP creamy peanut butter
Directions
Jasmine Rice - You may also use Sushi rice
My favorite additions are:
Sugar Snap peas
Bamboo shoots
Water chestnuts
Squash
Mushrooms
A lot of people like:
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Carrots
Mix ingredients together in a pan. Pour the sauce over cooked rice.
