Cranberry Stuffed Hen


4 halves cornish game hen
½ Cup sour cream
1 cup cranberries frozen
¼ C bread crumbs
1 stalk celery, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ onion diced
salt and pepper
1 cup chicken stock
3 cinnamon rolls, not frosted cut in pieces
½ T sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs

1 cup cranberries
2 cups water
¼ cup sugar


1.Saute vegetables in garlic, butter, salt and pepper. Add chicken talk when veggies are soft and set aside
2.Start the sauce. Add all ingredients to pot and boil until paste like
3.Mix frozen cranberries, cinnamon rolls, ½ T sugar, cinnamon and eggs into pot with vegetables. Mix well
4.Stuff the inside of the hen with stuffing mixture
5.Brush hens with sour cream and top with bread crumbs
6.Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes
7.Top with sauce and serve
